Kissing this character: Haha, he'll blush. And his wife will kill you.
Dating this character: Sorry. Guy is married.
Fighting this character: Yes, but be prepared for the worst.
Injuring this character: If your character is strong enough to injure him then he deserves to be injured.
Killing this character: I'm not opposed but we'd have to plot it out.

Powers/Abilities:
Dragonball is known as a very overpowered canon, and Goku is a god-mod to a lot of characters. Here is a list of his abilities and powers condensed down to give players an idea of what he's capable of.
Goku can also use telepathy- as far as I've seen in canon (unless I missed something or just don't remember anymore) it's limited to communicating mentally and being able to read minds. The mental communication only goes about 100 yards at best. As far as I know the mind reading is limited to about an arms reach for distance and can be used no matter if the subject is conscious or not. It's also shown in canon that it's only used to gather important information relevant to the situation. If you are ok with it or would rather not have him do either of these things to your character, let me know and I will gladly accommodate.
